If an order is canceled before fulfillment and a payment has already been captured, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders are normally handled within 1 business day. The standard carrier transit estimate is 2–6 business days after shipment.

Muamshai uses delivery services including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A $6.99 flat-rate shipping charge applies according to the shipping information provided during checkout.

Orders received by the regular daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday are handled according to the applicable processing schedule.

Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes. Actual delivery may vary because of carrier operations, weather, transportation conditions, package volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Muamshai customer support as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will review the order status and determine whether the requested change or cancellation can still be completed. Once an order has entered processing, been packed, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

If an order cannot be canceled because it has already been shipped, customers may review the available return options after delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Muamshai does not charge a separate refund processing fee.

Customers should contact support before sending a return so that the correct return instructions can be provided.
